Please refer to our "Sizing Chart" and measuring guide to find your perfect fit. If you’ll like we have a “Sizing Kit” which includes all sizes for a custom fit. There is no additional fee for a custom sized nail set!

What will give you the longest nail wear time will be dependent on how well you prep your natural nails before application. Your choice of adhesive and your daily use will also be a factor. It is not unusual to pop gems so please take extra care and be delicate when wearing. Your press on nails are made with durable materials and painted with a minimum 4 layers of gel paint that are strong and long lasting.

With proper nail prep to your natural nail and when using the nail glue that is provided in the “Prep Kit” your nails can last anywhere from 14 to 21 days. When using the double sided gel tabs, press on nails can hold anywhere from 1-3 days. This would be perfect for temporary wear and special occasions.

Yes your Most Ardently press on nails are made to be reusable. You should be able to be reuse your press on nails 2-3 times.

You can use the cuticle wood stick and nail filer thats included in the “Prep Kit” to scrap off the excess glue. Soaking the removed nails in some warm water, dish soap, and oil for 5 minutes can soften the glue making it easier to remove.

If you don’t already own one, we may suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail filer to gently buff away the glue on the back of the nail.

We are not held responsible for the wrong size ordered due to each product being handmade individually for each customer. It is important that you check your measurements before submitting your order.

We offer a sizing kit that you can purchase to help find your perfect fit.

All of our press ons are hand painted. Each set has a minimum of 4 layers of gel polish giving it a more salon finish look. Each order is carefully made and handled with love and attention.

In the case that your order has not been processed or shipped yet you can contact us at hello@mostardetnlystudios.com with your order number and new updated address.

In the case that your order has been processed and shipped before contacting us it is out of our hands. We will not be able to refund you BUT we will be more than happy to create a new order with the correct address. (We will honor your spot in line in the work queue).

Due to the press ons being custom to each order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please email us at hello@mostardetnlystudios.com and we will respond within 1-2 business days. We will gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If your product were delivered in a defective or damage state please email us and include images of the defective and damaged product.

When your package has been picked up by USPS or UPS and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, Most Ardently hands over all accountability for shipping, transit, and delivery. We hold no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.

If your order was marked as delivered and it is missing please check with your neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong address. Please contact your local post office and you may file a claim directly.
